DELIVERY & RETURNS – SECOND-HAND

Below you will find the terms applicable to delivery and returns for second-hand items purchased.

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, our customer service team is here to help.

Timeframes vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping method selected.

  • Showroom pickup: Your order will be ready as soon as the next day (subject to availability)
  • Express delivery: 24 to 48 hours
  • Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days
  • Personal delivery: Courier service within Paris (intra-muros), 2-hour time slot Monday to Friday.

In accordance with the applicable legislation for distance purchases, items purchased online may benefit from a right of withdrawal, provided that:

  • the request is made within the legal timeframe,
  • the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, with any original elements included.

Items purchased directly in-store are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.

As each piece can be inspected and tried on in-store prior to purchase, the sale is considered final, in accordance with applicable regulations.
