Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about renting an outfit, a luxury bag, or an accessory on Une Robe Un Soir.
If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, our customer service team is here to help.
You can book an item directly from our online boutique. Select your item, then choose your preferred rental dates using the calendar available on the product page.
You can refine your search by:

You can rent an outfit or accessory for 4, 8, or 16 days.
Our showroom is located at 45 rue de Courcelles, 75008 Paris. Access is by appointment only, ensuring a personalized and private experience.
Book an appointmentWe take care of cleaning in our eco-friendly dry cleaner after each rental return, with a strict quality control process to ensure impeccable service.
Minor snags, light stains, or everyday wear are handled by our atelier at our expense — so you can enjoy your item with complete peace of mind.
However, if an item can no longer be rented due to significant damage, a financial compensation proportional to the item’s retail value may be requested and charged via your card imprint.

Yes. As with any rental service, a security deposit (not charged) is required at the time of your rental. It is intended to guarantee the proper return of the items entrusted to you.
The amount is adjusted according to the value of the rented item. The deposit is automatically released after the item is returned, subject to conformity during quality control.
- Reschedule: if you already know your new date, contact us to update your booking.
- Date unknown: we can issue a credit valid for one year for a future rental.
For rentals placed online, a refund may be granted in accordance with applicable law, provided the service has not started.
However, after an appointment in our showroom, no refund is possible, but a one-year credit note may be issued.

Timeframes vary depending on the delivery address and shipping method selected. We recommend booking in advance to receive your item comfortably before your event.
- Showroom pickup: Your order will be ready as soon as the next day (subject to availability)
- Express delivery: 24 to 48 hours
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days
- Personal delivery: Courier service within Paris (intra-muros), 2-hour time slot Monday to Friday.
You will receive your item no later than the first day of your rental period. For example, if your rental starts on June 2, you will receive it no later than June 2. We do our utmost to ship items ahead of your delivery date, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any carrier delays.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the selected carrier confirming pickup and allowing you to track the delivery in real time.
Need an item urgently? Select “Express” delivery or “Personal courier delivery” within 2 hours (within Paris intra-muros).
Yes. You can enter the address of your choice at checkout, as long as it allows delivery under good conditions (presence on site, concierge, reception desk, etc.).
However, Une Robe Un Soir cannot be held responsible for any issues related to the delivery or return of the parcel once it has been handed over to the carrier.
If you notice a delay or a tracking issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will assist you in finding the best solution, with responsiveness and care.
At the end of your rental period, simply return the item according to the instructions provided with your order. The return must be made by the end date of the rental period to ensure the smooth running of upcoming bookings.
A late return may result in additional fees, calculated based on the delay and the value of the item, to ensure fairness among our clients.
The security deposit is released after the returned item is received and passes quality control, subject to conformity.
