How does it work ?

How to rent luxury clothing and accessories ?

You can rent designer clothing and accessories for a specific date directly on our site using several filters including: : by rental period, size, budget or by occasion to find the perfect piece. You can reserve your selection for a period of 4 days or 8 days using our online calendar which indicates the availability of each product.


What are my delivery options ?

In France : We have several delivery options which are indicated during the checkout of your order. We use Colissimo for standard deliveries and a courier service for same day or express delivery in Paris. You will receive your dress no later than the first day of your rental period. For example, if your item is rented from May 24 to May 28, you will receive your order before or on May 24. Along with your order confirmation, you will receive a reminder of your delivery method and a tracking number that will allow you to follow the processing of your delivery.

Since we are committed to keeping it simple, our teams do their utmost to ship your items well in advance of your delivery date, but we are unfortunately not responsible for any delays caused by our third-party delivery services.

Delivery costs :

Standard delivery in mainland France – €10 (3 working days)
Express 24-hour delivery in France – €12
Express 2-hour delivery in Paris – €15
International delivery : €20

Clients in Paris are also welcome to pick up their orders from our showroom… for free ! – 45 rue de Courcelles, 75008, Paris (1st floor).

How can I make sure my order is right for me ?

Each product description on our site shows the exact measurements of each item available for rent as well as the size worn by our models. Feel free to compare your own measurements with those of the product and to consult our size guide. If you have any doubt or questions, our online chat service is available 7 days a week. Visit our website, and one of our stylists will help you find the perfect outfit or accessories. Our stylists can also be contacted by email: or by phone +33 (0) 1 40 70 94 39. Still not sure? When you order online, you will have the option to add a second style or a second size for free. The rental of this second style will only be charged if the “second style” ticket has been removed.


Can I try on my dress before renting ?

Yes! You can either try our online fitting service or visit our showroom in Paris.

To visit our showroom, please make an appointment via our website. We are open from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00am to 7:00pm.

Do I need to book my rental in advance ?

You can book up to one year in advance or at the last minute! To avoid missing out on your favourite dress it’s best to book as early as possible.

For reservations at the last minute, we offer delivery via Chronopost within 24 hours (France) and if you live in Paris or you are visiting us, we can send your order to you in less than 2 hours. For the Province (France) and if you wish to benefit from the free delivery, we invite you to reserve your dress at the latest 4 working days before your event. If you choose express delivery by chronopost (invoiced 15 €), we invite you to book your outfit 2 working days before your event.


When and how to return my order ?

You can return your order by courier, by post or directly to our showroom.

By post:
Returns are for free and taken care of by Une Robe Un Soir, after the delivery of your order, you will receive a return slip via email. All you need to do is stick the return slip on your original packaging and send your item back to us by post.

By courier: You can schedule your return by courier by calling our showroom at +33 (0)1 40 70 94 39 / +33 (0)7 64 59 22 64. We will send a courier to your home or workplace at a time that suits you.


Do you ship abroad ?

Can I make alterations to my dress ?

Our dresses can only be altered by us – a hem service is available online with an extra charge. You also have the possibility to order, if necessary, a temporary hem from our team (by email:, by phone at +33(0)1 40 70 94 39 / +33 (0)7 64 59 22 64


I don’t have the right lingerie for my dress ?

A bare back, a plunging neckline, a dress with a low neckline? Our team has a vast range of bras specially adapted to our dresses. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information (by email:, by phone at +33(0)1 40 70 94 39 / +33 (0)7 64 59 22 64 or chat).


What about dry cleaning ?

Just book and enjoy! Dry cleaning is included in your order. Only our environmentally friendly dry cleaner is the only service we trust to treat our collection.


What happens if the dress is stained or damaged

Our super dry-cleaning service manages to treat most of the classic stains. In case of serious stains or other any other accident that requires special treatment or repair, we may be required to charge you a supplement.
If your item is not returned, or is returned in a state that makes further rental impossible, we will charge you the replacement cost of the dress.


I love my dress, can I buy it ?
